SOUTHPORT, England – The day started with howling wind and soaking rain. By afternoon, the showers had stopped and the breeze tailed off. Rocco Mediate was among those taking advantage of the break in the weather.

I’m not really sure what to feel when reading the news article on possibly relieving the ban on HIV-positive people from visiting or immigrating the United States. Was there even such a ban in place was the first which came to mind, especially for so long till nearly the end of the first decade of the third millennium. Glad to see that congress is desiring to get rid of such a ban like that as it really couldn’t become any worse. It’d be a different story in case HIV would be an airborne dis
